Make one complete removal list
Photograph the full load, not just the largest item. Include boxes, loose items and anything in a different room. Adding items after an estimate can change the work, so make the list as complete as possible from the start.

Compare what each estimate includes
Ask whether the price covers carrying, dismantling, loading and disposal for your specific items. Explain stairs and long carrying distances. A lower starting figure is not necessarily a lower total if the scopes differ.

Choose preparation you can manage
Set aside things you are keeping and clear the agreed access route. Discuss whether consolidating smaller items would help, but do not move heavy furniture just to request a quote. DrouCo can discuss the lifting and removal as part of the job.
