01
Show the route as well as the items
A large piece of furniture in a garage presents a different carry-out from one upstairs. Photograph tight turns, gates and steps where relevant. Mention shared entrances or a limited loading area.
02
Agree on preparation
Ask whether an item needs emptying, disconnecting or dismantling before removal. Do not assume those steps are included. Identify anything fragile nearby or belongings that should remain untouched.
03
Confirm changes before loading
If you add items after the estimate, discuss the change first. The agreed scope should match what leaves the property. DrouCo can talk through the list, access and estimate with you before arranging a visit.
