This notice explains how we handle information collected through DrouCo.com and our Facebook and Instagram estimate forms.

Information you provide

When you request an estimate or contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, location, project details, photographs and preferred timing. Meta may prefill contact information in its forms; please review it before submitting.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your request, discuss your project, prepare an estimate, arrange services and keep relevant business records. Submitting an estimate request does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Website estimate requests trigger a one-time acknowledgment to the email address you provide. Photos selected on our website are resized in your browser and sent as attachments to DrouCo with your request; they are not published in a public gallery. Our website and email providers process those attachments, and they are retained with our inquiry correspondence. Please do not include sensitive documents or photographs you do not have permission to share.

Estimate photos may also be processed by an automated image-analysis service to suggest a preliminary truck-volume range for DrouCo’s review, using a 14-cubic-yard full truck. We send the submitted images for this analysis without customer contact fields and request that analysis responses are not stored. The service provider’s applicable data-processing and retention policies still apply. This does not determine a final price or replace an in-person quote.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell information submitted through Meta lead forms. We use it for the requested service and share it only as needed to provide that service, with your permission, or as required by law. Website, communication and advertising providers may process information to support these services.

Website and advertising tools

Our forms use a browser-based security service to help prevent spam and automated abuse. This service processes browser and device signals under the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Our website uses advertising and measurement tools, including Meta Pixel, which may collect information about your browser, visits and actions on the website. Facebook and Instagram also process information under Meta’s privacy policy. You can use your browser settings and the platform’s privacy controls to manage cookies and advertising preferences.

Keeping information

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive and keep it as needed to respond to inquiries, provide services and meet business or legal requirements. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure.
