Ask about the items, not a slogan

Furniture, appliances and mixed debris have different handling needs. Explain the material and condition. Ask what can be considered for reuse or recycling and what may need disposal. Not every item will have the same destination.

Keep reusable belongings separate

If you hope an item can be reused, show its condition clearly and mention missing parts or damage. Keep it separate from loose debris while discussing options. A donation destination must agree to accept an item; pickup alone does not guarantee donation.

Get a practical plan from DrouCo

Send photos before the visit and identify anything needing special handling. We can discuss the removal and available options for your particular load. This page does not promise a recycling percentage or a donation receipt.
