Hoarder Cleanouts questions

Do I have to clear everything at once?

No. Tell us which rooms or areas you want to start with. We can discuss a defined cleanout scope and an approach that fits the property and your priorities.

How do you protect belongings we want to keep?

Identify and separate important documents, photos, keepsakes and other belongings to retain. Before work begins, we agree on the removal areas and who can make decisions about uncertain items.

Can a family member or property manager coordinate the work?

Yes. We can coordinate with an authorized contact to agree on access, the removal list and scheduling. Let us know who will make decisions and be available during the cleanout.

What affects the estimate?

The amount of material, carrying distance, stairs, access and the condition of the property all affect the work. Share photos if you are comfortable, or call to discuss an assessment.

Does the cleanout include specialized cleaning?

Our service covers agreed contents removal and hauling. If the property needs sanitizing, pest treatment or hazardous-material remediation, discuss those conditions before booking so the required work can be identified separately.
