Junk Removal for Landlords

A clear removal list helps a property turnover run smoothly. DrouCo works with the authorized property contact to discuss contents, access and the agreed scope.

Boxes and household items grouped inside a room
Photograph each group of items and clearly identify what should stay.

01

Confirm what is authorized to leave

Before arranging removal, establish which belongings can be removed and who has authority to approve the list. DrouCo’s hauling service does not decide ownership disputes or give legal advice about tenant property.

02

Coordinate access with the building

Share unit and floor details, loading arrangements and any access window. Identify occupied areas and the contact who will be available for questions. If keys or access codes are needed, agree on how to share them privately.

03

Separate hauling from the rest of turnover

Contents removal, repair work, cleaning and demolition are different scopes. List what you need so the estimate is clear. If furniture, appliances or a small demolition project are involved, include photos of each.

One more thing to know

Can you quote a property without knowing the contents?

Photos and an item list give us a useful starting point. Explain any rooms that are not yet accessible rather than assuming they are covered by an estimate.
