DrouCo Waste Removal
DrouCo removes agreed interior flooring and hauls the debris for renovation projects in Southern New Hampshire. Our Nashua-based crew reviews the floor covering, layers and access before confirming what can be removed and what stays beneath it.
“…removal of a concrete slab, kitchen appliances, bathroom fixtures, all wall and ceiling finishes back to the studs, complete floor removal…”
Plan your removal
Show each room, transitions between flooring types and any already-exposed edges. Share the approximate area, known flooring age and whether the material is carpet, laminate, wood, tile or another covering. Do not lift or break material to obtain photos. We agree on the removal depth, trim and fixtures to retain, and the hauling scope. Asbestos-containing flooring, backing or adhesives and other hazardous materials are excluded.
Share your town, photos and preferred timing. We’ll confirm the scope and availability for your job.
A clear plan from the start
Call or text with your town, the items or structure, and photos of the access.
Discuss the removal scope, estimate, preparation and an available time.
Keep anything staying clearly separate and make the agreed access available.
Before you book
Tell us whether you have carpet, laminate, wood, tile or another floor covering. Acceptance depends on the material, installation, underlying layers and site conditions. We confirm the specific flooring and removal limits before booking; unknown or suspect materials need assessment first.
The room area, material, number of layers and how the flooring is attached affect removal time and debris weight. Furniture, stairs, carrying distance and the agreed work at edges or underlayment also affect the estimate. Describe what is known without disturbing the floor to investigate it.
Older flooring, backing and adhesives need careful review. Appearance alone cannot confirm whether they contain asbestos. Do not disturb suspect material to send a sample or photo. DrouCo excludes asbestos and other hazardous materials; appropriate professional assessment and any required specialist work must happen separately before an ordinary removal can be considered.
We agree on exactly which layers are being removed. Structural subfloor work, leveling, moisture repairs, adhesive grinding and new-floor installation are not included by default. Your flooring installer should confirm the surface condition and preparation needed for the replacement product.
Identify the rooms and flooring boundaries, remove personal belongings and discuss any furniture or appliances that need to move. Have affected electrical, plumbing or gas disconnected by qualified trades before removal. Tell us about occupied areas and finishes that must stay so access and protection can be agreed.

Let’s get started
Share the basics now. We’ll follow up during business hours, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, to discuss scope, pricing and availability.
An estimate request starts a conversation; it does not book a visit.
